Elevate, an event series presented by the Taupō Business Chamber is back again with another incredible speaker on Tuesday 5th July 2022!

Introducing our speaker for this year ... Jimi Hunt, Mental Fitness Change Maker.

Unfortunately, life doesn't seem to be getting any easier for individuals or businesses at the moment and there's not too much we can do about what is happening to us. But, we can choose how we react to it...

That's the heart of it all, how we react, respond and re-create our circumstances.

In Jimi Hunt's new talk he lays out his new 'Hierarchy of Mental Fitness'. The steps and strategies that we all need to learn and embody to ensure we have all the right tools for any situation.

He teaches the cognitive skills that get us the most 'bang for our buck' in improving our Mental Fitness:

• How to observe our thoughts, feelings and emotions and why it's the most important skill you can ever learn.
How to use those observations to create self-awareness. You cannot change what you're not aware of!
How to regulate your nervous system at will so that you can get out of fight/flight/freeze and make sure that it's much harder to end up there in the first place.
Plus much more...

This is a practical, humorous and engaging chat about how you (we) can all be better humans and live happier, healthier lives and do better business.

Elevate is free for Taupō Business Chamber members and employees, $59+gst for all others.

Light refreshments supplied prior to event.
