Elevate, a new event series launched by the Taupo Chamber of Commerce & Industry, is ready to kick-off in March.
The first event on the 27th of March brings two amazing business owners.
Janene Draper who, together with her husband James, opened their first Farro Fresh store in Glen Innes in 2006 with zero food retail experience and have grown it to 5 Auckland stores and over 400 staff! Listen to her start-up story, the pitfalls and learnings, and her thoughts on the future of retail.
Also, Pic Picot, founder of Pic’s Peanut Butter, a company which made 400 jars in that first year, now he turns out 3.5 million. Learn about how Pic made a kitchen table business became an international market leader in 10 years, his plans for the future. Plus, he'll give insights on marketing without marketers: How to make your customers feel good about giving you their money.
