First Fifteen Function - Political Bingo

Want to hear from your local candidates on the issues that matter to you? Want a political discussion without all the dry, boring stuff? Want beer and Bingo 🍻?

With the upcoming local election we thought it was a good time to get some of the candidates together and ask them some of the hard-hitting questions that matter to you — as a person in the first 15 years of your career.

But this isn’t going to be your standard political panel, to spice things up a bit we’re combining it with a Bingo night! Each table will have a Bingo card with a popular political word or phrase (think “shovel ready projects” and “resilience”) and the first to get ‘Bingo’ wins (don’t worry, our made-up Bingo rules will be explained on the night).

You’ll hear from many of the local council and mayoral candidates, with our host Jess Nicholas asking questions submitted by you guys! The best question will win an awesome prize, so email your questions to admin@taupochamber.co.nz.

Where: Taupo Association Football Club, 115 Taharepa Rd
Cost: Free for Taupо̄ Business Chamber members, $10 for non-members (but remember, this includes a drink and nibbles!)
