A little bit about us, I (Lee) opened in August 2019 and we are a small team with myself and my two coaches Georgie and Anna. We are a very bubbly, high energy team who love to help our members in all aspects of life and motivate everyone to achieve their goals.
The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement, 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. With over 2,700 exercises and 36 workouts in our database, you'll be hard pressed to take the same class twice!
